Services include collecting rents, participating in any municipal inspections, paying vendors and monthly bills, arranging and making payments for repairs needed, periodic inspection of the property to insure proper maintenance, providing an interior inspection and closing statement when tenants vacate the premises, monthly reports and year-end account statements to owners.
